Aristea Rozopoulou is a Partner at Dimitris Avgitidis & Associates Law Firm and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals.

She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate compliance, governance, transformations and restructurings, as well as the operation and organization of public limited companies (sociétés anonymes). Aristea advises corporate clients and private individuals on a broad spectrum of corporate, capital markets, and banking & finance matters, including the drafting and negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and debt restructuring arrangements. She also provides ongoing advisory services on investor protection, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance under Greek law, and has represented clients before Greek civil and commercial courts.

Aristea has served as a member of the committee responsible for drafting Law 4974/2022 (“Provisions on Public Intercity and Urban Passenger Transport – Reorganization of OSE S.A. and ERGOSE S.A. and other provisions”, Articles 36 et seq.), contributing to the legislative framework governing the reorganization of Greece’s national railway companies. From December 2021 to April 2023, she participated as Legal Advisor in the implementation of the project “Technology Transfer Office of Democritus University of Thrace (MIS 5131977)”, providing legal support on issues of intellectual property, research collaboration, and technology commercialization. She has also contributed to the recent collective legal volume “Business Restructuring Law” (2024), offering insights on corporate recovery and restructuring mechanisms.

Aristea holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she completed her postgraduate thesis on “Protection & Indemnity Clubs: Establishment and Operation under English and Greek Law.” She obtained her LL.B. degree from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace in 2013.

She works fluently in Greek and English.
