Kyriakos D. Lagouros is an Associate Attorney at our firm since 2022 and is a member of Athens Bar Association, admitted before the Court of First Instance. His practice areas include Competition, Civil and Corporate Law. He holds a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in Competition and IP Law from University of Athens, during which he carried out his Thesis on “Class actions as means for recovery of damages caused by infringements of competition law”. Furthermore, he holds the jointly organized by the University of Liege (ULiege) the Saint-Louis University (USL-B) and the Brussels School of Competition, Master’s Degree in Competition Law and Economics (LL.M.), during which he carried out his Thesis on the subject: “Uber and sharing economy model: Competition law issues”. He graduated from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace.

 

He speaks English, German, Turkish and French.
