Katerina A. Skoura is an Associate Attorney at our firm since 2023 and is a member of Athens Bar Association, admitted before the Court of First Instance.

Her practice areas include Civil and Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, Insolvency Law and M&A.

She holds a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in International and European Business Law from Trinity College of Dublin, during which she carried out her Thesis titled “Directors’ duty to act in the interests of the company: should they owe a duty to creditors?”.

She graduated from the Law School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She speaks English and French.
